Liguei por volta das 18 horas do dia 12/06/25 para saber se o hotel tinha restaurante, e fui informado que o restaurante do hotel era 24 horas. Cheguei no hotel por volta das 23 horas do mesmo dia fui informado pelo recepcionista que nem restaurante o hotel tem. Um descaso total com o hospede. Sobre o quarto, paredes sujas e banheiro deixou a desejar na limpeza e toalhas. Cafe da manha bem fraco, enfim, primeira e última vez nesse hotel

Precisa de mais atenção às instalações.

Já fiquei hospedado neste hotel outras vezes e o que pude notar é que não há uma boa manutenção das suas instalações. Os banheiros precisam de reformas. A área de lazer está sucateada. No quarto, não ter TV Smart, num hotel de quase R$500,00 a diária é imperdoável, além da limpeza dos lençóis deixar a desejar. O café da manhã foi muito bom, nada a reclamar. A localização dele é ótima, perto da cidade e perto da praia.

Atende bem para uma viagem curta. No nosso quarto o ar não tava funcionando bem, a limpeza deixou a desejar e o assento do vaso tava manchado. O diferencial é o staff que é solícito e educado.

Boa estrutura e serviço a desejar

Ao entrar no hotel, ficamos com uma excelente impressão. Com uma arquitetura no conceito de open space, tudo fica integrado, a recepção, área de lazer, restaurante etc. Possui uma ótima piscina, porém precisa de uma limpeza com mais frequência. O salão de jogos é completo, mas com equipamentos bem precários, requer uma reforma. O café da manhã é o ponto forte. É bem completo e de qualidade. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns é péssima. Dá a impressão de que faltam funcionários. O chuveiro do banheiro é horrível. Entupido, fica praticamente gotejando. O atendimento dos funcionários não é o ponto forte também. Falta simpatia e presteza. A localização é boa para quem está com transporte próprio, mas afastada se necessita de transporte por aplicativo. Em resumo, fica a impressão de que é um hotel com um enorme potencial devido à sua boa estrutura, mas que peca na qualidade do serviço e negligência da manutenção, como chuveiro, limpeza, equipamentos de lazer etc. Se treinar melhor os funcionários e melhorar a qualidade do serviço e manutenção, ficará muito bom.

Por ser um hotel de grande renome, achei bem ok. Nada de surpreendente! Ponto alto é o atendimento, o ponto que mais deixa a desejar é o café da manhã. Que é superlotado, não há muitas opções, chegamos às 8:40 e já estava quase sem nada, estranho porque além de servir hóspedes, o hotel tbm oferece café da manhã aberto ao público. Pedimos dois cuscuz, onde foi preciso refazer o pedido duas vezes por falta de atenção, e um de nós até desistiu do mesmo. Maioria das coisas não foram repostas, pães com cara de dormidos e um café da manhã bem básico. Ressalvo, pelo renome do hotel, a expectativa estava alta. Não condiz com o valor pago! Muito Ok.

lugar é lindo, limpo e organizado, os funcionários bem atenciosos e gentis. Quabto ao quarto, o banheiro tinha aparencia de velho precisando de reforma. Café da manha muito fraco, podiam oferecer mais variedades. Não oferecem refeições ou lanches isso é um ponto muito negativo. A imagem da TV é ruim, so tem opcoes de canais aberto.

Tínhamos boa expectativa do hotel. Chegando lá notamos que está em condições pouco recomendáveis, apresentava não ter sido limpo o quarto, c mofo e a TV não funcionava. A piscina não estava disponível, o local da refeição c mofo no teto e nos corredores, o jardim sujo e com plástico voando. É silencioso. As atendentes são disponíveis, mas não gostamos a ponto de antecipar a saída em um dia. Ficamos muito tristes por isso. Nos incomoda esse tipo de avaliação mas precisamos compartilhar c demais pessoas q buscam um pouco de qualidade. Precisam melhorar.
