"Très bel hôtel avec de grandes chambres équipées de kitchenette, lit confortable et grande salle de bain. Seul l'espace SPA est difficile à rejoindre depuis l'hôtel, nous avons erré dans les couloirs en peignoir, c'est finalement la sécurité qui nous a accompagné au SPA, il faudrait revoir les panneaux d'indication qui ne permettent pas de rejoindre facilement l'espace bien être. Un grand parking payant souterrain et un bus au pied de l'hôtel permettent de rejoindre le centre ville."

"Very nice hotel, in a convenient location to see the sights of Nancy. It has a touch of quality about it. The room was perfectly clean, with all the facilities that you would expect. Nice spa area, included in the price, and a very pleasant bar area. The only reason that I didn’t award it 5 stars is because when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, even though it was later than the book in time ……. Probably just unlucky."

"Lovely clean hotel right in the centre of Nancy. Great on-site secure parking. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was so clean and the staff were very helpful. Would stay here again."

"The family room had 2 double beds and one of them was a sofa bed with a not very good mattress. My husband shared this with our eldest son and had a terrible nights sleep. The other bed which I shared with my other younger son was really comfortable. An option for single beds for the kids would have been preferred. Apart from this the room was good value for money, the staff were really helpful and we had a lovely stay."

"Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Excellent shower! The hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful. Parking is easy and we noticed security cameras were mounted so felt reassured about the security of our vehicle. We enjoyed dinner one evening at the hotel’s restaurant, lovely staff and the food and wine were great."

"It’s some years since I stayed in a Campanile and I think this one was a recent development. Very good , though rooms are quite small. Unpretentious but quite adequate breakfast, decent beer, very friendly & helpful staff, and even some simple pre-prepared meals, which saved us having to find a restaurant after a late arrival."
