  • Agrikia Appartments is a residence of 3 apartments in a beautiful garden.
    Totally renovated apartment including a bedroom with a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine).
    The apartment is located on the ground floor. All rooms have access to the private terraces and the garden.
    Sheets and towels are provided, a hairdryer is at your disposal.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paros

Appartement propre,lumineux, calme, fonctionnel, avec espace extérieur appréciable, proximité du village avec ses plages, ses commerces et tavernes. Le couchage pour la troisième personne est plutôt destiné à un enfant qu'a un adulte. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Excellentes vacances.

L'appartement de Marcello est impeccable, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons profité d'un grand extérieur bien entretenu. Nous étions au calme. La location est située à 8 mn de la 1ere plage et du centre. Très bonne communication avec Marcello. Je recommande. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Piccolo paradiso ad Aliki

Agrikia è la soluzione perfetta per chi vuole rifugiarsi a Paros e godere delle sue meraviglie. Una struttura in stile cicladico, sobria ma elegante, alle porte del paese di Aliki, circondata da macchia mediterranea ma con la possibilità di raggiungere il porto e le sue spiagge con una breve passeggiata a piedi. L'appartamento arredato con gusto comodo e pratico, provvisto di ogni comfort. Hanno ingressi indipendenti e luminose porte finestre che che si affacciano su porzioni distinte del giardino mediterraneo molto curato in cui si può riposare sulle sedute da giardino o rilassarsi alla sera sorseggiando l'ottimo vino dell'isola e ricordando le bellissime cose viste durante il giorno. I proprietari molto discreti e gentili,sono disponibili.a dare preziose informazioni e suggerimenti per godere al meglio il soggiorno. L'unica nota dolente è il dispiacere quando arriva il momento di ripartire. Da provare!

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE A ALIKI

Nous avons séjourné 14 jours chez Muriel et Marcello à Aliki du 8 au 21 juillet 2017 avec nos 2 enfants; Le logement (chambres à l'étage) est tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très propre (une femme de ménage passe tous les jours) et lumineux. Muriel et Marcello sont des hôtes très sympathiques et bienveillants, disponibles et attentifs à rendre notre séjour agréable avec notamment de très bons conseils sur les choses à voir et à faire sur l'Ile (et ailleurs). Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à échanger avec eux. Endroit idéal pour ceux qui cherchent le calme et les ambiances familiales et authentiques; leur emplacement légèrement en retrait du centre permet de profiter des commodités sans en subir le bruit. Plages et commerces à proximité; Nous recommandons cette adresse sans problème.

Excellent !

Nous avons passé 9 jours chez Muriel et Marcello fin juillet - début août 2016. Nous sommes 5 (couple + 3 enfants), et nous avons pu avoir deux chambres communicantes au rez de chaussé, avec une grande terrasse privative pour prendre les petits déjeuners. Nous et nos enfants avons adoré ce charmant B&B et l’accueil de Muriel, Marcello et Gatsby. Les conseils (restaurants, plages, etc..) sont bons à prendre car ils évitent de perdre du temps à chercher les bons plans ! Les petits déjeuners (très bons et variés) sont des supers moment d’échange et de convivialité, on se sent vraiment en famille. Enfin Aliki est un petit port très sympa avec de bons restaurants et de jolies plages accessibles facilement à pied en quelques minutes avec les enfants. Merci encore !

Un superbe séjour!

Nous avons occupé une chambre avec kitchenette très confortable et tout à fait conforme aux descriptions de l'annonce. La salle de bain spacieuse est chaque jour nettoyée et impeccable! Muriel et Marcello sont des hôtes absolument charmants qui aiment discuter avec les locataires au petit déjeuner. Ils savent parler de leur île avec enthousiasme et proposer des visites intéressantes. Merci à Marcello de nous avoir indiqué entre autres la superbe route byzantine entre Prodromos et Lefkes! Nous recommanderons cette locations à nos enfants et amis!

Perfect place in Aliki

The hosts of this B and B are an important part of what makes it such a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast every morning is complimented by a special treat baked by Muriel. The little boy Gatsby is adorable and all smiles. The rooms are immaculate, bright and new. They are cleaned each day while breakfast is being served. The nearby beach and all the restaurants are just perfect. If you ask Marcello, he'll tell you about some of the hidden beach jewels. We would return in a heartbeat!

"Nous avons été enchantés...

"Nous avons été enchantés par nos vacances à Agrikia !! - Tout d’abord grâce à nos chaleureux hôtes : Muriel et Marcello qui nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie et de bonne humeur. Ils sont pleins de bons conseils et de bons plans ce qui nous a permis de découvrir l’île de Paros autrement. - Le lieu : tout inspire à la détente, son très beau jardin où l’on peut facilement se prélasser à l’ombre de la pergola entourés de bougainvilliers, figuiers, plantes aromatiques… - La chambre : très bien entretenue, propre et confortable avec climatisation, réfrigérateur, sèche cheveux… Le plus de la chambre : la terrasse pour prendre l’apéro et surtout la vue !! - Le petit déjeuner : sous les oliviers !! Ambiance conviviale ! Ptits déjeuners délicieux et copieux avec toujours une petite attention de la part de Muriel : des spécialités, des cakes fait maison (miam celui à la banane !!) ou un délicieux yaourt grec. Bref, nous vous recommandons vivement Agrikia. Et en ce qui nous concerne, il est certain que nous y retournerons ! "

"Malgré un temps un peu chagrin, ce qui est très rare à cette époque de l''année (Juin), nous avons vraiment apprécié l''île de Paros et notamment grace à la gentilesse de Muriel et la bonne humeur de Marcello qui chaque matin prend le temps de nous indiquer les endroits sympas qu''il ne faut absolument pas rater. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse se déroulent toujours dans une ambiance agréable, ils sont copieux et délicieux."
