The family run hotel was very welcoming. The seaside facing room had a wonderful little patio to sit on with a beautiful view of the sunsets, a great space to enjoy a bottle of wine. The room was clean, the location was excellent and the family running it were very friendly and helpful.

Very easy access and on main road close to Pier. Not the main area in the island of Naxos if you are looking for nightlife and the bars/restaurants that are the “most popular” however we found great dining options in a walking distance as well as lots of shopping and bus/ferry access 8min walk

It is a cute, clean, family owned hotel right across a small beach; walking distance everywhere from other beaches to restaurants & shops, port and town center; i enjoyed my stay b it is also quiet.

The beach view was amazing. The location could not have been better. Walking distance from shopping, ferries, rentals etc. Amazing restaurants in the area. Staff very helpful, room spacious, very clean, balcony. Shower is very small, other than that, really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay at Irene Hotel, the hotel is ran by a fantastic family with so much knowledge about the area and as soon as we arrived they provided us with a map and a crash course about the area. The rooms are quaint and clean. Our fridge was not working and in less than 12 hours a new one was provided. It’s at An excellent location and very walkable. It was truly a gem of a hotel with great views and you are steps from the beach.

Inflexible on non-refundable rooms even when having travel issues. Even when losing a night and collecting the full rate and renting out again - no courtesy provided of any kind like taking care of a city tax (which is not mentioned in cash in (Euro)) or breakfast or anything at all. Attitude can be better.

Great location and nice room with. Beautiful views. However the shower stall is TINY, I’m a small women and it I could barely fit. There was also a staircase to second floor and I couldn’t carry my heavy suitcase by myself and was given so much attitude when I asked for help wi the it. Really terrible all round attitude from the older lady at front desk, however the other person servicing the desk who was younger, was a lot nicer and helpful and even helped me with my suitcase going downstairs.
