The most distinctive accommodation captures the essence of refinement and intimacy on a grand scale. This spacious five-bedroom villa is a haven of privacy for an unforgettable vacation getaway. Kallihroe can accommodate up to 12 guests.



This luxury villa is in a class of its own in Paros. Featuring a living room with fireplace that can accommodate up to 12 guests, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 10 as well as a second fireplace, a huge 42" Smart TV, a WC and a large veranda which offers an abundance of luxurious space to call your own.



For guests seeking to unwind in pure luxury and privacy, look no further. Khallihroes five bedrooms are located on the first level. A queen-size bed dominates the first master bedroom along with an en-suite bathroom and a door to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a window with amazing sea view. The third bedroom has twin beds dressed in fine cotton sheets to ensure deep unbroken sleep and en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private furnished balcony with magnificent view. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed and a balcony. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living area is comprised of a sofa bed, a computer desk, a shared wardrobe, storage area and laundry room. The Kallihroe Villa is the home away from home you will wish you would never leave.



The outdoor spaces of Kallihroe are the real hub of this paradise. The upper veranda surrounds the villa from north to south and west, and has a built-in sunbed overlooking Antiparos, a dining area for 12 guests, seating area that can accommodate up to 12 guests, and impressive hammock chairs. The 14 sq/m 1.3 meters deep pool is located on the bedrooms level, with a jacuzzi, and a separate seating area. Kallihroe has two more levels, one that is designed for gatherings, comprised of a 12 guests dining area and sunbeds, and a private heaven, totally out of sight with a huge sunbed which can accommodate up to two guests. Kallihroe has 6 separate and completely independent outdoor spaces, sheltered from sun and wind at any given time.



This Villa has it's own small pool and also offers a communal, shared pool which is 80m2. There is a large BBQ that is shared by the 6 local Villas in the resort.

Beautiful property and great host!

We loved our stay in Paros! This house was the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. The views of the water and sunset were breathtaking. The house isn't located in a town but everything was about a 15 to 35 min drive away. We were a big group of 10 women and this house was perfect for us. Niki is also a fantastic host and she put up with all of our craziness and demands with ease :)
