LOVED staying at this property! We were greeted with glasses of lemonade and cookies and our room was so clean and comfy. It’s just a short 3-5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

Great apartment in Paros!

Fantastic stay and location just near the harbour in Paros island. What a warm welcome and nice charming cosy apartment. Easy to park the car in front of the apartment. It was a very nice experience !

Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Nice studio for 4 people. Clean, friendly, lovely private terrasse, Good enough space for storage, clothes. Very small bathroom. The only really negative thing was the double bed being very small. 8 minute walk to the best beach. 19 minutes walk to centre.

Close to ferry port and walkable to beaches and restaurants and stores. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and grounds were lovely. The kitchenette was convenient for preparation of simple meals. Uber was present but not readily available. However, Parikia bus station was less than one mile away.

Great location, clean & well equipped

Great location, only a 10/14 mins walk into the centre & so close to the beach. The studio was equipped enough for our stay. The mother & daughter running Marioly were very friendly & accommodating. Room was clean & tidy

We had an amazing stay at Marioly studios. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. We were greeted with delicious homemade lemonade upon arrival and they ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The owner even arranged to have a car rental delivered to the hotel which enabled us to explore the whole island at our leisure. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel. The hospitality extended was truly exceptional.

Loved our stay ! It is very close to the city center yet very quiet. The studio is spacious, with a huge balcony, and the common area are perfectly decorated. Would definetly come back !

We had a wonderful time and were so impressed by the kindness and attentiveness we received. The room was lovey with an incredible balcony, very clean and a stones throw from the water and centre. Will surely return and I would recommend it without second thought to anyone!

Absolutely amazing. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Beautiful apartment with balcony and a kitchen. Greeted by the host who is so friendly and helpful, very easy check in/out. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. About 900m walk to the ferry and Parikia town. Highly recommend!

Nice welcome by Ekaterini. She even offered us lemonade and cookies which was very appreciated. The gardens and common space are nice. The apartment is small for four people, but it was clean, though the kitchen was a little outdated. Main problem is with the location. It shows up as being downtown but it’s in the Livadia beach area, 15 minutes out of the center… Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Nous avons séjourné aux Marioly studios du 13 au 17 juillet 2023. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement par la propriétaire des lieux. Puisque nous étions arrivées plus tôt que l’heure du Check in, nous pensions seulement laisser nos valises à la réception et revenir plus tard. Toutefois, le personnel s’est empressé de préparer notre studio et Katerina nous a offert une limonade maison en nous invitant à attendre sur la terrasse. Quel accueil! Le studio que nous avions réservé était parfait, d’une propreté sans faille et bien équipé pour pouvoir cuisiner le petit déjeuner. D’ailleurs, une confiture maison, préparée par notre hôte, nous a été offerte. L’emplacement des studios est aussi idéal. À quelques pas de la plage et à moins d’une dizaine de minutes de marche du centre de Parikia. Stationnement facile juste devant l’hébergement. Des jeux de plage et des parasols sont aussi mis à notre disposition par la propriétaire. Cette dernière nous a aussi proposé des activités à faire, des lieux à visiter et a même pris soin de faire notre réservation pour une dégustation de vins de la région. Merci pour ce beau moment passé aux Marioly studios! Nous espérons bien pouvoir y revenir un jour.

the hotel is about 1km from the ferry dock. I had injured my shoulder so walking with my luggage was not an option. The owner kindly offered to pick my up at the dock. The room was clean, larger than I expected with a good view from the balcony. Excellent value.

Great service

Catrina was very helpful! She arranged everything for us and greeted u with a nice cold glass of lemonade which was ready great after our very hot walk from the port. The accommodation was very cosy! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Katerina e il suo staff sono persone gentili e simpatiche Il posto è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa a due passi dalla spiaggia di Livadia e da ottimi ristoranti. Appartamento accogliente e ben organizzato, ben fornito e comodissimo per una famiglia. Ottima pulizia giornaliera, cambi ok. Perfetto in tutto, anche il giardino e le terrazze sono angoli dove fare colazione o leggere un buon libro in tranquillità. Un posto bello, veramente.

Amazing hospitality

We spent 2 weeks in a studio at Marioly studios and we were quite comfortable. Our little kitchen included a table and 2 chairs and a good bit of counter space. There is a 2 burner stove top but we could only figure out how to turn on one of the elements. No microwave but we didn’t really miss it. There was a sharp knife which is so often missing in kitchenettes! Katerina was a warm and generous host and we felt very cared for and welcome. Lovely garden/patio area for lounging during the day. Very short walk to the beach and to the centre but there are loads of restaurants close by. Our unit had a lovely big private terrace that wasn’t overlooked by others so that was a treat. Katerina was quick to deal with any questions that we had and provided advice about restaurants and local services. Reliable wifi and great water pressure in the shower...no issues with hot water. There is no power outlet inside the bathroom but there is one just outside the door. We had a peaceful and quiet stay and would happily stay here again.
