    On the upper floor, there is a hall, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room, also there is a wide balkony with magnificent view to the sea and to the picturesque port of Piso Livadi. On the lower floor,there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The maisonette has also a yard with a table and a nice garden.There are two parking spaces too. It is fully furnished and equipped with home appliances.
