Sea Swell Villa 2 - stylish home with shared pool

“Sea Swell Villa 2” is a semi-detached house situated in a housing complex 400 meters from the famous Santa Maria beach. It has direct access to the large open air swimming pool. The two-storey villa was completed in December 2017 and can accommodate up to 9 guests (4 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms). It has a total area of 175 square meters. The ground floor has all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool. The first floor has a spacious living room with a large dining table, a WC and a modern kitchen with an eating bench. The house is clean, bathed with light and is appropriate for families with children or groups of adults.

The first bedroom includes 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Through this room you enter the second bedroom which has a a queen bed, a sofa bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom has 2 single beds which can be connected and shares a large bathroom with the fourth bedroom which has a queen bed and direct access to the pool.

This elegant house has wonderful views of Santa Maria, Naxos island and the surrounding area from its 2 verandas and its private garden. It has stone walls, white marble floors and modern island design. There is free access to the shared pool of the housing complex.

“Sea Swell 2” features free wifi in all areas, A/C, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV, DVD player, coffee machine for French coffee, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and all utilities. There is also free private parking space in front of the entrance. You will be assisted during check in and check out and the person responsible will explain all the facilities, and answer all your questions!

The semi-detached house is only 400 m from the famous Santa Maria beach with its beach bar and restaurant. You can enjoy all water sports there (water ski, scuba diving, canoeing, etc). Mikri Santa Maria is another very famous beach (1,6 km away). Ambelas beach is 6 km away. You have other restaurants nearby and the closest supermarket is 5 km away. The beautiful village of Naousa is only 4 km away.

Apart from renting a car, motorbike or taxi, guests can use the bus that connects Santa Maria to Naousa village. The bus stop is 500 metres away, just in front of Santa Maria beach and usually runs until 7 pm. There are also wonderful walking routes in the area.
