It has an excellent location - literally a 4 minute walk to the Livadia beach, public transport, seaside restaurants, bars, café, supermarkets, pharmacy, a 10 minute walk to the main Parikia port & Parikia town with the famous Church of Ekatontapyliani, shops, public transport, banks, taverns, bars, nightlife and town facilities and 11km from the Paros Airport.







It offers beautiful white & blue cycladic-style self catering family studios, with balcony, free wifi, en suite bathrooms, linen & towels, lcd tv, air-conditioning, kitchen, fridge, kettle, cooking plates, cutlery & crockery, dining area & outside courtyard and there is free parking in the area.

Great Vacation Spot

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean little studio apartment with veranda. Quick walk to town, shops and restaurants. Huge problem working with VRBO-confusion about payment, etc.
Stayed 6 nights in Sep 2023
