The place was immaculate, but I didn’t appreciate having to take my shoes off and leaving them outside before entering the premises. The staff was great, but the promised breakfast of “Jimmy Dean” never showed up! Otherwise, nice place!

Great property, we had a lot of fun with the family. Scott and his wife were very nice and great hosts. It was a little awkward at first because of how it’s setup and there’s not a lot of instructions to go off of but once we got settled in we had a blast. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean. I didn't realize the kitchen and bathroom were shared with other renters. The bed was a bit too creaky; every time I moved it creaked. The bonus room was big but with very low ceilings and you had to crawl through a small door in the closet to get there. It would probably be fun for little kids though. Overall a good stay and the price was good. I wish the sharing of the bathroom was a little more clear in the listing.

Brian Head ski trip

My brother and I were looking for an affordable place to overnight before skiing at Brian Head with our sons the next day. This place was great, easy check in, very clean, and only about 15-20 minutes up the mountain to the ski resort. Scott was easy to communicate with and all went well. We’ll probably be back next month to do it again.

Perfect for a family

Sadly we only got to spend one night, but the rooms were perfect for our family. Would be an awesome home base for an extended stay to explore the area. I expect we'll be back. My kids were pumped to have their own beds after making heavy use of bed sharing and/or sleeping on the sofa/sofabed at hotels. Communication from Scott was great and very clear.

It was my first time using VRBO. Actually, it was my first time using any type of air b&b stay. We did not meet the hosts of the place. However, he communication with Scott was great. All the information was provided for me in advanced. Overall a great experience and the rate was definitely better than staying at the resort about half hour drive away.

we shared a bathroom with another guest staying in another room. The left was only accessible by crawling through a waist-high door in the closet. Clean but definitely not what we expected. No one to blame but ourselves for not reading the reviews before arriving.

Fun for kids.

This is a unique setup with the secret room but my kids loved it. It is close to the freeway and a perfect place to get some sleep for the night during a long drive home with little ones, rather than having to reserve multiple hotel rooms for a large party. The beds were not made on our arrival but everything was clean and organized for us to do it ourselves. It would’ve been a challenge to do if we had arrived even later and had kids already sleeping. The bathroom is shared, but I don’t think there were any other guests in the other rooms while we were there. It was also nice for my kids to play at the playground while we packed the car up again. Thanks for letting us stay.

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 9. It’s NOT. It’s two separate rooms that can be adjoined through a door. Property looks like a trap house. You walk In and feel like you’re crashing someone’s house. It’s weird and scheevy. Never even stayed. Turned around and left. Waste of time and money.

Very inaccurate description of the property.

I was surprised when we arrive, myself and my family, that our stay would be at a "resort". I would disagree with that terminology, however. The description of the stay made it sound like we would be in an apartment or similar lodging. However, to my surprise and dismay it was in fact a "bed and breakfast, without the breakfast". I was confused when we got there. A woman gave us a tour of the facility and our room. The whole "resort" smelled like boiled cabbage, not a good smell. Our room was labeled escape. The room itself was quite nice, but by far the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. I am writing this several days later and I'm still sore from our stay. The other beds were through a crawl space in the closet? of all places. There was a space heater, and exposed wires from the ceiling. My children slept in our room on the floor. The next morning it smelled like boiled eggs. We bought some air spray to change the smell. I was not happy with this stay. We have stayed in VRBO many times and this is the worst one so far. I will not go back
