"Only stayed two nights. It was very comfortable very clean. The staff was very attentive friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome. The restaurant in the evening was very good. For me the only downside is it’s right on the Major highway which means I could not walk anywhere. Had to drive everywhere outside of that. I’m staying again."

"Excellent The Platino is our Choice for accommodations in Santiago. It's situated within walking distance to Pricesmart and a quick drive to the Agora Mall and a variety of restaurant. Very convenient. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All for an incredibly low price."

"Breakfast options were plentiful from light to heavy. Staff was overly helpful and accommodating, area felt safe and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Can't say enough about the management. The GM runs a very effecient establishment were his guess feel very welcome."

"Stayed one night and LOVED the hotel! I’m glad I read the reviews bc I was able to adjust my expectations based on other reviews. First, the front desk gentleman and valet attendant were EXCELLENT! Great customer service! The property and room were GORGEOUS!! Excellent bath products by Byredo, which my daughter was surprised by bc it is a great brand and isn’t typical at hotels. The bed was SUPER comfortable! I seriously was sad I didn’t have the opportunity to sleep longer bc we got in late and left early. Air conditioning worked extremely well, plenty of outlets, well-light mirror for makeup which many hotels overlook AND an huge full-length mirror. Girls need to get ready! Overall, it was such a comfortable and aesthetic space! Now I will give my suggestion for improvements. We had trouble getting hot water even after waiting several minutes for it to heat up, so I will say that definitely needs to be addressed. Other than that, I don’t have any suggestions but just a word of caution that yes, you cannot see through the windows, which didn’t bother me at all but might bother other people. And if you don’t like noise, I would suggest asking not to get put on the 4th floor bc the restaurant is on the 5th floor and it’s noisy. For me, this time around I was ok with it bc I was so tired I fell asleep right away and it was late so the restaurant was almost closed so I didn’ have to deal with it for very long. I think they close at 1:00 am. Overall, DEFINITELY would stay again!!"

"Hi, I didnt bring a pet. The hotel was wayyyyy more than expected. 5 star service. They really took me as their own and made sure i UNDERSTOOD the money, transportation and the food. I will always stay there going back."
