"Hotel Gran Pacifico es un hotel clássico de estilo vintage que apreciamos. Tiene una sala de desayuno y restaurante con una vista panorámica muy linda. El desayuno es muy bien servido para una enorme variedade de dietas. El staff fue muy amable y pronto a responder a nuestros pedidos, sin excepción desde la recepción al restaurante. Hemos tenido una estadía muy agradable en Gran Pacifico. "

"It would be nice if they had pantry basics like salt, pepper, and oil. They were short on toilet paper, but we didn’t inquire for more. The property could use dusting on the outside and inside to remove copious cobwebs. There was a leak from the upper to lower bathroom that looks like they’ve had issues with before and were responsive when I let them know about it, but it made the use of either bathroom inconvenient. The TV is also hung very close to the middle of the room and I almost clocked myself on it several times."

"The place is clean and neat. The problem is when you look at the exterior. It looks like a total dump full o f graffiti paint peeling off it looks like the owners don’t care. The signage is awful. There is some parking but you need to Be a magician to figure that out. I am a Chilean born Canadian citizen that has been in Canada for 50 years. I have travelled all Over the world. Tear it down or fix it. "

"The view was beautiful. The rooms are run down and food wasn't great. The bed however was very cozy. We had warm water to shower, it didnt get very hot. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. "
