"Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names. A special thank you to Lucas Matheus for all your very kind and attentive service. You made our stay in Belém very memorable. "

"The receptionist not very nice, they didn’t treat me they way my mom and myself should , but topical Brazilians. When someone else is well dress , they pay more attention. Good was great and the servers amazing. The door man super nice and very helpful with my mom. I took her to Para to the Mercado ver o peso, for her 80 th birthday. It was great. Room service was fantastic but the room wasn’t clean . The bathroom at the lobby was very clean. I would go back. "
