We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. "My family really enjoyed our stay! The facilities and the unit are super nice and the beach is just steps away. Walkable to a few restaurants. Close to the town of Jaco. So many fun excursions to do nearby. We had a great week. The unit has beach chairs and pool floats as well which was very convenient. A nice roof top deck to watch amazing sunsets!"
