This rural house is divided into two apartments that you can rent together or separately, depending on your needs. It is located 3 km from Arriondas, on the Fito road, in a very quiet area with few houses around, offering you the perfect opportunity to disconnect and relax. You can unwind on the terrace with a book, walk around the area, or enjoy nature-related activities, as the surroundings are ideal for this. Arriondas is known for canoeing, and if you like the mountains, the house is at the foot of the Sierra del Sueve, where you can go hiking and climb the famous Pico Pienzu, enjoying views of the Cantabrian Sea and the Picos de Europa. Events are not allowed on the property. If you wish to bring pets, please consult the owner to see if it is possible.
