This listing includes the entire private compound and all 3 homes exclusively for your group. The homes are separate buildings located together within the same gated property, giving larger groups both privacy and shared spaces.

The compound accommodates up to 20 guests. Your reservation must include the correct number of guests, as rates vary based on group size.

Palo Seco is a peaceful beach community surrounded by tropical nature rather than a busy resort area. The beach is just steps away, and wildlife, insects and other aspects of tropical coastal living are normal.

Each home has its own pool and living spaces. Children should be supervised around the pools and beach at all times.

Parties or events are not automatically included with a normal accommodation reservation. Please contact us before booking if you're planning a wedding, celebration, reunion event or gathering involving people who are not registered overnight guests.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, restaurants and nearby attractions.

Peaceful place with so many animals. Monkeys, Macaws and many animals are very common on the property.

Recommend rental car or taxis from Parrita with bus or Quepos if you fly in to local airport.
