"The room was clean, however, the elevator was out of order. I had to lift bags up stairs and back down when checking in and out. I also feel that the property should invest in security on the premises, do that guests feel safe at all timee. "

I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special. The hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches—there’s always fresh fruit and plenty of water available in the lobby, which we really appreciated. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. If there’s one thing I loved most about my trip to Turks and Caicos, it was this hotel"

"The Oasis at Grace Bay is a perfect resort if you are looking for a smaller resort that offers multi-bedroom units. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with our teenagers, and it was a perfect set up. The resort is quiet and private. There are ALWAYS plenty of seats available at both the pool and the beach, and the beach set up was extremely comfortable with padded lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and regular chairs. The food and drink service at the beach was quick and easy. The shuttle was always available within 5 minutes to take us to and from the beach or you could easily walk or ride the bikes (both regular and electric) which were also always available. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance that you could go to for lunch and dinner. Overall, our stay was terrific and we would definitely return."
