"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. "Very nice staff and clean rooms as well as all amenities. Nice location with a great view though you have to keep in mind that from the street you will have to take a very nice but quit slow kind of funicular through their absolutely stunningky beautiful "vertical" garden. You can entertain yourself by watching the many monkeys in the area but dont leave any belongings on the balcony as the monkeys might take it. It adds fun and a bit of adventure to your stay. Reception and overall staff are exeptional. Both pools and other amenities are very well kept and clean. Highly recommend staying there if you like comfort, view and cleanliness. Will come again"
