    Welcome to Whitestone Lakehouse! Our 7 Bedroom, 4 bathroom Waterfront Cottage is located just outside of Parry Sound & Muskoka on Whitestone Lake. Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

    At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

    For the weekend warriors out there recreational amenities include relaxing on the Waterfront/Swimming/Boating/Hot Tub/Sauna/Canoe/Kayaks/Hiking Trails/Hammock/2 Fire pits for camp fires, roasting marshmallows and talking under the night sky.

    Indoor fun for those rainy days include a Theatre so you can cozy up and binge watch that great show you have been dying to see. Kids have plenty to do - they can play the X box or use the Pool Table, Outdoor Ping Pong or choose from lots of good old fashioned Board Games & Books from our floor to ceiling Library.

    SUMMARY:
    This is the ideal retreat or entertainment spot for families, friends and groups looking for a spectacular trip away from the city.

We had the absolute best weekend ever! We booked Kim’s place for our small wedding and had our families all stay here. It was absolutely perfect for all ages and even though it was rainy there was still so much to do. The beds are extremely comfortable and the cottage is so spacious everyone could spread out when needed. It’s so well equipped with everything you’ll need that you really only need to bring your toothbrush. Kim is extremely responsive and so helpful through everything. We would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommend!!

The eight of us and our pets enjoyed a week at this lovely cottage. We appreciated having a place big enough for all of us and where our pets were welcome. Lots of space for everyone to relax. Games and books, comfortable beds, great waterfront with boats and a sauna, and a nice yard for dogs to zoom around. Day trips to Parry Sound and Killbear Provincial Park. The place is absolutely fantastic. There is plenty of space inside the house and out, with games, pool table , hot tub , kayaks and paddle board near lake and lake side sauna. Kim is a very accommodating and gracious host.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cottage for our wedding. The location was excellent — a beautiful, spacious property with so much to enjoy. From the pool and hot tub to the kayaks and private lake access, it had everything we could have hoped for and more. I had the most beautiful, perfect wedding weekend thanks to Kim and Whitestone Lakehouse. The house is beautiful and the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. Not only was Kim responsive throughout the weekend when questions arose, she has also been on the ball with any questions I had about the property for almost 2 years now. Unfortunately, given how busy we were all weekend with wedding activities, we didn't have the opportuniuty to fully enjoy all of the available amenities (canoes, kyaks, hot tub, sauna) but I so plan on returning in the future to enjoy all of these perks. Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing Rental

Kimberly was a great and very responsive host. Everything went smoothly and all according to plan. The property was amazing, with great views down towards the lake. The lake was a perfect spot to hang out with plenty of activities; swim platform in the middle of the bay, kayaks and canoes but the best part was the sauna down by the water. This place is a gem of a cottage for large gatherings, we had 18 guys up. Thanks for the hospitality!!

What an amazing cottage and location. Our host was responsive and helpful and they provide an incredible amount of amenities that make your stay ever more comfortable. The cottage itself is well cared for and the grounds are well kept. The lake is a bit of a hike at 500m but they have a beautiful set up with multiple docks and locations to bask in a very private part of the lake. We did find the Sauna tough to use in terms of keeping a consistent fire going. They include a plethora of water toys like paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. At the main building the hot tub is a little tight for a group but 6 adults can squeeze in. In terms of a private location to enjoy with a group this is such a perfect spot. So many of the “little things” have been thought out and we were very grateful that it was shared for rent.Thank you Kimberley for a great stay at Whitestone lake.

Fantastic cottage

The place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me, and everything was very clean. Tons of games for rainy days and the kids had a blast fishing, they caught 1 after another off the dock. Kim and Mark were great hosts and met all of our needs.

The perfect getaway

This was our second time staying here, and it was even better than we remembered. Kim is a kind, responsive, and professional host and any issues were promptly resolved. Amazing Time on Whitestone Lake

This is one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed at. Beautiful, massive, private, well stocked and appointed. The lake is equally stunning, and while it’s a short walk from the main cottage, the deck and dock make it easy to spend the entire day there without having to trek back. Kim was an incredible host, and went out of her way to ensure that our group had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here.

Great multi-generational family vacation

We gathered multiple generations in our family for a quiet vacation and had a great time. The cottage is as listed and served us well. The early morning view of the lake was amazing. Cooking in the kitchen and shared meals at the dining table were a treat. Lots of common space on the main floor as well as side rooms when a bit of quiet is needed. The waterfront was enjoyed by us all, young and old, though it should be noted it's a bit of a distance from the cottage.
