"I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. All in all Shera Hotel has a very professional and caring Manager and Team and they all speak very good english. I was positively surprised by the high quality standaard of the total staff. Furthermore the hotel itself is very modern and very clean meeting high standaards. Overall an excellent experience and for me a 10 out of 10."

"The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel."
