The room was awful, there were stains on the walls and holes in the ceiling were I realized once held the drapes. So no privacy in the room. Also the lamps were frayed. I will give them props on the kitchen and bathroom being very clean. I was told it was the only room available so there was no option to change rooms. I have stayed in this property prior and had been quite pleased with my room. This time not at all!

I'm surprised by the great reviews - wasn't my cup of tea and I could have done better for 150$ in the area. Right from when I walked in to the old carpet and old, tired front entrance I felt I had made an error. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable, so I will say that. The shower had very little pressure, what looked like a new fridge made a horrible noise on and off all night even when I turned the temp down. The whole place smelled of old hotel so thank goodness the window opened. Everything was old and in need of replacing from the cabinets, to the bathroom. The bathroom fan was out so the switch had been disconnected, but in the ceiling was a really dirty hole will a grate over the hole. Cracked tiles, crack in the sink, you have to go request a kettle but there was a sign "being borrowed by your neighbour".

Staying here was amazing, parking was always easy, the room was spacious and clean, the amenities were perfect, having an onsite laundry room was such a major convenience, and the price was an amazing deal for travelling with my spouse and dog. Overall, a good experience. Room was clean, front desk staff was friendly. There was an odor in the hallway, probably bc of the folks who cooking in their suites. The odor wasn’t noticeable in my room, so not really a big deal. I would stay here again. A wonderful stay.
