"Elevator not working...still. Unclear check in instructions. There were a few of us wandering around trying to understand what building we were in, etc. The main problem was we had difficulty getting phone service so we could look up the detailed instructions that were sent to us. We suggested they post the wifi info on the main door. No staff on site after 5 o'clock. Definitely opportunities for improvement. The room was very nice. Additional resort fee made no sense to us."
