Spacious retreat in downtown Parsons! Convenience and privacy. This home has plenty of room to spread out. Large Living and Dining rooms accommodate large family or work team. Collaborate with co-workers in the conference room or retreat to the private backyard for a break from the day. 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath. Prater's Taters, Sweetie Pie's, and Be Blessed Fashions are across the street. Local downtown shops are in walking distance. Parsons Regional Park is also in walking distance. Mousetail State Park & Natchez Trace State Parks are a 15 minute drive away. 10 minutes to the Tennessee River. 20 minutes to I-40 exit 126.

Decatur county getaway
My family and I really enjoy this renovated house! I grew up one street away, so it was like going home. We have been renting houses in Decatur County for the past 16 years and I can honestly say that this is the first that had properly working toliets and shower! Great appliances and a kitchen with dishes and cookware. Wonderful mattresses and a pretty back yard. Looking forward to our next visit

We booked this house for a holiday week. My eldest and his finance stayed there. The house gave our family a place to gather for card games and movies. It was wonderful.
