"WiFi didn’t work at all, but the room was clean and the balcony was nice. The lights in the restroom were a bit busted but overall a nice restroom WALLS ARE THIN!!! I could hear the life story and drama of my neighbors and when folks were in the pool you could hear everything"

"When I got there my room was not ready. Chris was amazing. My fridge was very small. I asked for ocean view didn’t get it. I was looking at a wall. My luggage came at 3pm my room wasn’t ready till 4pm. When it was time for check out there was no staff in the front desk. The staff member didn’t show up to work. There was 15 people waiting to checkout. Due to no staff everyone had to care their luggage to the boat. I rate this place a 3 out of 5."

"unfortunately the place is so run down and overpriced it is ridiculous. during our stay we saw exactly one staff member and it was the handy man / Maint guy. He checked us in. I immediately tried to check out and go somewhere else but the contract states that once you check in your money is non refundable!!!!!! Stay as far away from this place as you can. The reviews must be old or AI or something. as an old couple we were put in a room that the ceiling is 6'1-6'2" tall so I had to duck to get from the stairs to get into the room. We had over 50 uneven and weirdly sloped stairs (very steep) to carry our luggage up to get to our room. Exhausting. 1580.00 for 4 nights in a place that makes a motel 6 look great."

"Terrible service, rundown with bugs, misleading pictures in hotel.com room was smelly, rundown old, sink was broken, toilet seat broken windows cracked glass no view as that’s what I paid for! Carpet stink and stained it was the worst hotels.com phone number no one answers all automated unable to file a claim and will dispute with my credit card company due to misleading pictures you show on the website!"

"We had a great experience at the Aurora Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop lounge area was very well-kept with a great view of the town and bay. The best part however, was the staff! The staff was super friendly, well-informed, and very easy to talk to. They put on wonderful welcome wine and cheese tastings and breakfasts for the weekend. We had fun conversations and had all our questions answered! Thank you to everyone at the Aurora Hotel for an amazing and memorable weekend!"
