Insbesondere waren wir unzufrieden mit der Wäsche, die teuer bezahlt wurde. Wir fanden alte unpassende Bezüge und ausgewaschene Handtücher vor, die lieblos hingeworfen waren. Die Betten mußten wir selbst beziehen, das ist für mich kein Service, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt hatten."
