On the one hand, the rooms are good (clean and spacious); but on the other hand, the service level is unsatisfactory (our reservation was lost and English at the front desk was so-so). If you need to save money then the rooms are good for a few nights, but if you care more about reliability then try some place else!

Hotel un peu vetuste, tres bruyant meme en pleine nuit des gens saoult et avec aucun respect qui hurle et qui frappe aux portes a 4h00 du matin. Repas non varies, pas de service, un des plus mauvais hotels que j ai pu faire.

Hôtel à éviter !!!

Mon séjour est plus que décevant il n’y avait pas de chauffage il fallait le stipuler lors de la réservation avec un temps neigeux je trouves inadmissible,on s’est gelé... Le petit déjeuner décevant aussi. Je ne recommande pas mon séjour et je n’y retournerais plus.

Séjour au Pas de la case

Séjour très moyen ,pas de télécommande pour le télé on nous dit de le faire en manuel et ca ne marche pas ! Deux ampoules de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas ,douche et lavabo bouché partiellement, rideau de fenêtre salle , accueil vraiment limite pour que faisons demi-tour , petit déjeuner couverts et vaisselle sales ...nous reviendrons plus dans cet établissement .

Chambre très propre et confortable et surtout très bien insonorisée.Literie de bonne qualité. Salle de bain spacieuse, avec sèche cheveux neuf. Petit bémol, manquait les verres. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Bien, mais quelques défaut à régler

Après ces deux jours, comme d’habitude c’était bien Sauf que sachant qu’il neigeait et la température était entre -1 degré et 2 degrés, le chauffage était coupé dans l’hotel Il était allumé seulement à 19h et en tout cas éteint avant 5h du matin; et donc de la condensation sur les vitres de la chambre qui retombait par terre. Ce qui n’est pas agréables Le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas, je l’ai signalé et mais personne n’est venu le réparer Une lampe de chevet qui est desceller du mur L’hotel Mériterait un petit coup de réparation A part ces choses ça va l’hotel A un bon petit déjeuner comme d’habitude Il faudrait juste que le personnel soit plus chaleureux et accueillant

Not a ski-in/ski-out option but good enough

The hotel was ok, receptionist was nice and attentive. Breakfast was pretty limited in terms of options but good enough to fuel up before skiing. Decent wi-fi in the room and the cafe area. Supermarket is right next door. Our room had a broken light bulb but no one cared to fix it. The hotel itself is not ski-in/ski-out, there's good 5-7 minutes up the road till you reach the closest lift.

The rooms were very clean and good value for money, although too hot and difficult to keep cool, particularly at night, even with the heating off and windows open. Cleaned daily. The staff were not very approachable. Breakfast was mixed. Only one drinks station so very long wait for tea/coffee/juice. Very good bread, meat, cheese, jam mixture. Nice pan chocolate and chousants. Cereals poor. Overall, decent value for money in an excellent location for ski lifts and restaurants.

llegamos y nos atendieron enseguida ,la habitación correcta amplia y sobretodo calentita con el frio que hacia en el exterior.todo muy limpio aunque el baño un poco antiguo ,pero el agua caliente bien los amenities tambien ,lo unico que las toallas olian muchisimo a comida ,el desayuno correcto y la wifi ,poca cobertura ,pero en general bien

accueil très long; mais enfin.....un peu de la faute d'expedia puisqu'elle ne trouvait pas la resrvation. buffet petit dejeuner.....café d'une machine trés médiocre et pas de thé....mais de la tisane.....sinon, il faut commander au bar de l’Hôtel et le payer
