"Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm. Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather. A truly unforgettable stay. "

"Excellent service (especially at the front desk), great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, cozy room decor, perfect location, fantastic views from restaurant and rooftop, and unexpected fun with the cats that the hotel takes care of. Only negatives were that I wish the restaurant put burners under the hot food at the breakfast buffet because the food was always cold or room temperature instead of hot and they kept running out of coffee cups—we had to bring our own cups from our room most days. With that said, we still really enjoyed and looked forward to the breakfast. Finally, the airport van service the hotel uses took an especially long time to get from the airport to the hotel (including 45 minutes of sitting outside the airport waiting for all of the dozens of people in the 3 big vans to be ready to leave at once, which was unnecessary and frustrating, and then the vans stopped in several different villages ahead of our stop, all of which I wish the hotel warned us about ahead of booking the van because, although the van was cheap, we would’ve taken a private taxi instead since we were trying to get to the hotel asap—in comparison the van worked well to get from the hotel to the airport because it was just one van picking people up at predetermined times). Overall we loved our stay so my criticisms are meant to be constructive. We would gladly stay at the hotel again. "

"O melhor da Turquia é o povo Turco. As pessoas, inclusive a equipe que nos atendeu, são pessoas excelentes. Fiquei me sentindo em casa. Fiquei me sentindo fazer parte daquela família que cuida do local. Local muito tranquilo, seguro e silencioso, pessoas acolhedoras. Eu Recomendo e pretendo voltar. "

"I liked the view or the hot air balloon in the morning. There are several things that I disappointed me: 1. Location: small town far away from the touristic area. You must have a car to move around. 2. The hotel was very basic. There wasn’t any amenities or services. 3. The room had an awful smell. It smelt like sewage and it was so strong we had to sleep with the door open to let in some fresh air. 4. The towels were old and had holes. 5. The breakfast was very basic and the lady serving was incredibly rude to me and my family. Overall would not recommend for foreigners as the staff doesn’t know english and refuses to help to make our experience satisfying. "

"It was great service recieved by Ali who was always catering to our needs. The check-in was really easy and we got lots of advice about what to do. The view of the balloons was next level with them flying over our hotel and lots of spots to view. Either from breakfast or from the roof. Lots of accomodation. Breakfast was served to us Individually with customization and individual plates because it wasn't busy. Location was really great and we had a lot of restaurants and stuff nearby. This was a great thing to have. Right behind it was a ranch and rose Valley. Excellent location! Except for the annoying dogs barking every night. Room is clean and ok equipped. No AC, no fans, no safe. So please keep that in mind. Otherwise clean. Although we did get a fan. "
