"Thefirst room was okay. They moved me to accommodate another guest. The new room had brown smears on the towels, dirty floors and air head wrapper in the vent. The staff left my personal information on the pad at the front for all other guests to see. My name, phone number etc. Attempted for a week to contact managment only to have my call ignored and told the manager is out. Only giving 1 star because I cant leave a zero."

"The pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were nice and clean. Love that you actually get shampoo a conditioner. Breakfast was good aswell. Would have preferred waffles instead of pancakes. "

"Starting with the positive: The staff was fantastic (hard working and very personable) and doing their best despite an obvious lack of resources. But the hot tub was broken, the A/C unit in our room had a mildewy smell and the furniture was stained. Only one staff member was working the breakfast area (and, again, she was great) and it was clearly a two-person job; the buffet was not being restocked regularly and the tables were filthy sticky. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and had a fantastic stay. It's really gone downhill in just a year. It's unlikely we'll be back."
