Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und mit Abstrichen beim Komfort auskommt, hat hier einen idealen Platz. Irritierend war, dass entgegen der expliziten Nennung auf der Homepage weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher gestellt wurden. Das erfolgte erst nach Verhandlung mit der Besitzerin zum halben Preis."

"Wenn man Wert auf Autonomie und autarkes Wohnens setzt, dann ist man in dem kleinen Häuschen im Garten sehr gut wieder zu finden. Für meine Hündin war es der Allerschönste Urlaub und auch die umgebenden Felder und Wälder laden ein, um spazieren zu gehen und Rehe zu beobachten, den Hund wirklich laufen zu lassen und sorgenfrei, ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Beschreibungen etc. entsprachen genau dem, was man vor Ort vorfand. Das Dorf Altwarp einschließlich der sehr freundlichen Bewohner und die schöne Umgebung waren eine sehr beeidruckende und tolle einprägsame Erfahrung für uns. "Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Reicht völlig aus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir waren zur viert dort. Das Grundstück ist groß. Direkt am Waldweg. Beware of Hidden Fees
"Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the sauna. In addition they sent an email stating a $25.60 nightly charge for an extra person. But then they proceeded to charge us €30 per night which is a much higher rate, without informing us at all when we checked in. Overall it’s a shame because the place is nice and it made the stay unpleasant. We’ve travelled in this region a lot and have never had issues before this. The staff needs more training and they need to be more transparent around pricing which would make it much nicer."
