Featuring two private suites and a chef’s kitchen built for celebration, Refugio is the perfect setting for every occasion.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS

Our two suites — affectionately named Oak and Barn — each have their own entrance, ensuite, wet bar, and private deck with a fire pit for late-night stargazing.
• Oak Suite: King bed with luxe linens, love seat, wet bar, and a spa-like bath with dual sinks, soaking tub, stand-up shower, and private water closet.
• Barn Suite: King bed with luxe linens, love seat, wet bar, dual sinks, and a large walk-in shower.

Both suites include hair dryers, quality linens, and thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)

Enter through the sprawling deck and into an airy living space.

The chef’s kitchen is the heart of our home — complete with a huge island (seating for 8), double Gaggenau cooktops, two convection ovens, dual dishwashers, French-door fridge/freezer, ice maker, wine cooler, and every gadget you could think of to whip up a feast.
Gather at the 10-person dining table, or flow outside for al fresco meals.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)

Slide open the accordion glass doors, and nature becomes your living room. Fire up the Santa Maria–style BBQ (for the pros), a gas grill (for the everyday cook), or the wood-fired pizza oven (for the adventurous). Pair with fresh ingredients from local farms, and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect meal.

Groceries and essentials are just 5 minutes away. Special treats from local purveyors like Vivant Fine Cheese and Sinson & Sons are less than 15 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE! You will be required to sign a Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement for booking this property. By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. 21) PETS - Up to 2 dogs are allowed in this property with the a $100 pet fee charge under the
following conditions:
a.) No pets are allowed on any furniture at any time.
b.) Renter must clean up after their pet(s) does their business outside.
c.) Pet(s) will NOT be left alone in the property or in the house at any time (unless they are secured in a crate).
d.) Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.
If you have a service animal, please notify the property manager at the time of booking.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS – Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.
