The well-appointed home features a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up culinary delights, a private bedroom for restful nights, and a sleeper sofa that increases options in the inviting living room. As an added bonus, the enclosed sun porch off the living room for some additional fresh air.
Despite its intimate size, 7th Street Sanctuary surprises with its spacious layout, providing ample space to unwind, play games, binge-watch your favorite movies, or showcase your culinary skills. Indulge in the comfort and convenience of 7th Street Sanctuary, where the fusion of privacy, proximity to local attractions, off-street parking convenience, and homely comforts create a memorable Paso Robles experience for every guest. City Permit #STR22-0048. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Adorable cottage

Perfect Location for a Paso Get Away

The 7th Street Sanctuary's location is a perfect location to either walk to downtown or to drive to the wineries. The home is comfortable and a great size for a couple's get away.

Perfect location for Paso Robles

This location was a perfect spot to lay our heads while we were visiting Paso. Very quaint, quiet, comfy bead, and clean space made for a great trip, it is located very close to the downtown area and is a short walk to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this for couples looking to experience the Paso Robles area.

Cute and quiet place close to downtown

This property was perfect for me. It is quiet, clean, and close to wineries and downtown Paso. I stayed for two nights, and although I didn’t use the kitchen, it has everything one might need. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom has plenty of closet space. I recommend staying here!

Comfortable and Clean

Perfect for 3 night stay. Cute neighborhood for walking my small dog. Summer heat might be an issue with AC in living room only and wall fan into bedroom, but it was not an issue in April and perhaps not an issue at all. The enclosed porch was enjoyable for reading while a nice breeze came through. Recommend.

Small Clean House Close to Town

The house was small, but had everything we needed to have a nice Thanksgiving meal. There was a lovely outdoor space as well. The bed was comfortable, and it was amazingly clean and organized. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all of amenities you could wish for.

We loved being able to relax in this lovely small home in the mornings and evenings and when we came home from our daily outings. Our dog had many walks in the neighborhood. It was super easy to go to Goshi's for a super yummy dinner. We will stay here again.

Very cozy cottage. Small but perfect for a couple. Well maintained.

We were impressed with the service. We had trouble getting the heat set. We called in and they said they would have someone out in ten minutes and THEY DID! Also the location was great for getting around by foot or car.

Perfect Paso Robles Rental

This was the perfect little rental for our long weekend in Paso Robles. It’s a quick 5 minute walk from the city center. The cottage was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with nice bonus items like a Keurig, Keurig pods, and makeup remover wipes.The bed is a queen size, and extremely comfortable. Checkin and checkout were Quick and straightforward.

Quaint cottage. Walking distance to downtown. Comfortable “soft” bed. A/C is in the main room. Nice bathroom amenities. Grill was easy to use and outside dining table with umbrella. Good internet.

It is a short walk to the center of town, has a well equipped kitchen with a well-functioning stove, and a bright porch. The outside of the house looks inviting and has a small yard in front. But in general, it is a bit dated and the living and di ing rooms are on the smaller side and darker. One of the bedrooms faces your car. Since the cottage is on the older side, the plumbing in the bathroom is temperamental and the sink clocks easily.

There is a space heater in the closet that we moved to the bathroom. There are plenty of hooks in the bath and bedrooms.Warning - If you are unsteady on your feet, you will be challenged on the steps entering the home. There are no handrails. There is no grab bar in the shower. A portable one won't work either. The shower head is unusually high. Water warms up very quickly.

Another Week at 7th St. Sanctuary

There are no grab bars in the shower however the shelf unit is very sturdy so it helps getting in/out of the tub/shower. Bring a little step stool for climbing into that very comfy bed. I wish there was a porch rail at the back door. As hot as it was outside, it was extremely comfy indoors without running the AC all the time. The courtyard was nice in the early evening.The kitchen is fully appointed. This place is close to everything.I would have given 5 stars except for a porch rail and the grab bars.
