***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. Perfect Property for an Adults get-away to wine country! Great location near downtown with ample dining options and close enough to all the wineries we wanted to see. Pleasantly surprised with the Kitchen having everything we needed to cook meals at home along with the bonus of having Coffee to start our days! Thank you to our host and if we ever find ourselves back in Paso, we’ll be repeat renters!

A great Anniversary Weekend

We had the best time and weekend, it was the perfect place for us and our best friends to wind and relax from parent life and everyday life. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we decided that this will be a yearly thing we do and this is the location we will be booking with many times!

Wonderful Property!

Close to downtown, great backyard!!!

We really enjoyed this VRBO. It was close to downtown and had great amenities for us to entertain our friends that live locally in Paso. The large backyard offered space for yard games and space to enjoy the propane firepit and bbq.

Nice stay near town.

Overall a nice clean property with a nice big yard for the pups. We have stayed here a couple times and will likely keep in in the rotation of options to stay when in Paso Robles. We like the new addition of the private parking in the back, though the gate is entirely manual - the addition of a motorized gate would be a super nice touch, but can't have it all :)

Beautiful home! Everything was wonderful. The only negative feedback is that the outside deck and patio area looked like it had not been cleaned up in a week. We realize that the tree droppings are never ending, but a little sweeping and dusting outside would have gone a long way. We are unable to use the fire pit because it had no propane tank. Only at check out did we see that the ONLE AND ONLY tank was in the gril. I had to deducted one star for this reason in a couple of areas. We would rent again for sure.

Cute place and great location

Perfect spot for a girls weekend. House was a duplex, so expect foot traffic to the backyard. Our unit was clean and cute but super hot the first night. The A/C in the kitchen doesn’t quite reach the bedrooms, so either crank it up early or break out the fans early on. House could have been a little better stocked with kitchen stuff but we walked to dinner every night so it didn’t affect us much. I would definitely stay here again,as long as it’s a small group and not a hot month.

Perfect for the pups and wine

This stay was a perfect for myself, partner and two dogs. The dogs loved the space to run around and go potty. The home is well stocked, clean and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms, we stayed in the primary bedroom in the back. Outside the house, they have a laundry setup that is attached to that bedroom. One thing I somehow missed when booking, is this stay is part of a duplex. The person staying in the other half would do laundry very early (before 6am one day) and it was very loud. Overall doesn’t impact our rating of the property but something to note if you choose to stay in that back bedroom, the laundry is shared and is loud when running.

A Lovely Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This backside of a little house felt tucked away in a cute backyard. Several restaurants were within walking distance or a short drive. We were so thankful when our day got ahead of schedule that we were able to check in a little early and although we hadn’t planned to use the laundry, we were so glad it was there when we ended up needing to do a load. The furnishings and bathrooms were adequate, meaning they aren’t new, but worked fine. The artwork is pretty and I liked the bed/pillows. The only bummer is that along with the expected shedding of the rugs, our socks and slippers continuously gathered clumps of hair that was not ours, human and animal. If the unit was vacuumed before our stay, you need a new vacuum.

Home away from Home! Loved!

We used the Marriot Point, Home and villa booking and it was easy. The rooms were comfy, heat was great, and it had all the kitchen needs. Wonderfully located and just a half a mile walk to town. Loved how easy it as to get to wineries with ubering or driving. I loved the decor, as it made it even more like a mini get away. Only draw back was that it rained, so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit or backyard. Was really looking forward to that, but hopefully we will be back. 100% you should book!
