Gourmet kitchen and amazing outdoor living with multiple patio areas & spa. This is truly a special home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space. The living room has leather couch & loveseat and features a 75" Smart TV.
The kitchen would please a professional chef. It is Fully-stocked with a 48" 6 burner Italian Smeg range and stainless appliances, small appliances include microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, crock pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.
Both bedrooms feature King size beds and 60" smart TVs.
The full bathroom includes a custom expansive, walk-in shower, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. The half bath has sink, toilet, and doubles as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Outdoor Areas:
The outdoor backyard space features a walk out covered patio with spa, seating area and fire pit. Also in the fully fenced and private back yard is a additional covered patio with seating and dining space. Grill it up on the gas BBQ. Great stay
My friends and I enjoyed our time at this rental and thought the property was well-kept and just amazing overall. The kitchen was well stocked, the barbecue worked well, location was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was nice and hot. The rooms each had comfortable bedding and it was key to have the second half bath for our group of four women. We all highly recommend the home.
The only issue we had was that I had unfortunately left my phone in the property after the home was locked (electronic lock no keys). I had difficulty accessing the entrance code information on Vrbo from another phone with the dual verification process. When I was finally able to reach out to the owner, they provided me with an incorrect code for the property. Unfortunately, we were stuck standing outside calling Vrbo at 11:30pm to get the accurate entrance code. It took about 30 minutes to resolve and get into the home. Thankfully the home is in a safe neighborhood. The screw up was on my end, but not receiving the correct code and being locked out late at night after we thought the problem was resolved was not great.

The house was so cute & perfectly stocked with all the amenities for us to enjoy a girls weekend wine tasting. It was convenient for our wine tour pick up since we were inside of the city limits & then we were walking distance to the downtown area for dinner & drinks to end the evening.

Lovely home with everything to offer
I kind of want to keep this place a secret so I can easily return but there's no fairness in that! This home was simply adorable and perfect for two couples. It is just on the edge of town so walking to dinner and bars was a quick 10ish minutes. The house was immaculate and beautifully redone with lovely finishes and decor, higher end appliances and pans, a completely ridiculously amazing coffee bar and a spotless hot tub (which is a rare thing as a frequent vacation renter). Both bedrooms are similar so there's no fighting, the main bath with shower is in between and the other half bath is off the kitchen on the other side of the house. We were pretty efficient with our morning routines and vacating the shower quickly so it worked for us, but if your group has a few bathroom hoarders, it might be your only complaint. I certainly know I will be back!

A special place in the heart of Paso Robles
This tastefully decorated 2BR and 1 1/2 bathroom is in a perfect location if Paso Robles is your destination. An easy walk into the center of town where great restaurants and shopping await. The house is comfortable with space to spare, and a screened in sitting area in the backyard complete with a fire table. The overall feel and ambience exceeded expectations.

Home was comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to everything in town, including some wine tasting rooms, restaurants, shops. Only need to drive to outlying wineries and restaurants. Shower was wonderful.

House is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants. Loved the decor. Comfy couches/furnishings feels like one lives there and not like a renter. Great large stove oven but never used. Well equiped kitchen. Nice backyard w/hot tub, dining table, portable fire mainly for ambiance and canopy lighting. Lovely main bathroom, toilet sink bathroom near kitchen with washer dryer. Hope to stay again

Great house for four adults
The house was clean, easy to find and very close to the downtown square area. It was just as the description on VRBO site showed. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable, as were the living room sofas. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and well stocked with coffee, tea and condiments. My wife and I travel to Paso Robles a few times per year, and in the future we will always check to see if this house is available.
