Orchard Hill Farm--Elegant Comfort in Desirable West Side Paso Robles!

Orchard Hill Farm sits on a hill overlooking 36 acres with amazing vineyard and countryside views. There are beautiful gardens, ancient oaks and fountains. The upstairs guest house over the carriage house is 1350 sq feet with 2 bedrooms each with their own balcony and bathroom. There is a comfortable living area between the 2 rooms with a kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, seating area and a 3rd deck overlooking vineyards. The kitchen features a four-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator, though no conventional oven. This gorgeous guesthouse is perfect for 2 to 4 guests. Brand new gas BBQ and gas fire pit on site! (Photos coming soon.)
We offer: gourmet coffee and tea, baked goods, luxury amenities, bedding and robes. We have WiFi, Satellite TV, and a complimentary electric charging station for vehicles. You can view our history of over 500 Trip Advisor reviews. Paso Robles is a world renown wine region and is home to over 300 wineries. Orchard Hill Farm is located in the heart of the exclusive Westside. We are:14 minutes to the city center, 8 minutes to Hwy 101, 18 minutes to the Coast. Doug and Debbie have been Innkeepers for over 20 years and love to help with wine touring suggestion and can provide guests with many complimentary wine tasting tickets to surrounding wineries. Beautiful Property

Perfect location right in the middle of wine country so we enjoyed checking out different wineries and biking in the morning. Two master suites were perfect for two couples. Great stay!

A breath of fresh air…

Lovely cottage in the hills of Paso Robles. Close to many great wineries, and only a couple miles from the town itself. Several patio’s and balconies to relax and take in the views from. Wonderful accommodations with comfortable beds, sofa’s, chairs and a/c. Communication with the property manager and owner was easy, and both were very responsive. Highly recommend for a truly enjoyable stay.

Great Paso Wine Country Getaway

Charming secluded property located amongst the vine covered hills on the westside of Paso Robles. It was perfect for two couples. Quiet, peaceful and only a short drive to all the area attractions.

Perfection in Paradise

The floor plan is perfect for two couples: bedrooms at opposite ends of the guesthouse above the carriage house; each with our own bath and balcony. The decor is charming, especially since we love antiques. The gas fireplace made for comfy chats in the evening. Our hosts' garden was in glorious full bloom, and they had a delicious coffee cake and a bottle of wine for us waiting for us. The property is very private with beautiful vineyard vistas. We plan on making Orchard Farm Hill a yearly rendezevous.

In the smaller bedroom bathroom the toilet had a disgusting ring, which we cleaned about half of it off. Needs some bleach and elbow grease. We enjoyed the pastry and coffee beans were great, along with the bottle of wine--nice touch.

Better than Pictured

Second story overlook of the surrounding hill Sides and vineyards is outstanding. The two well appointed and furnished bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are better than the pictures can convey. So many rich details in textiles, furnishings, and decor. Comfy in every place. Fireplace ambiance created extra warmth and coziness. Kitchen had plenty of what we needed for tea, coffee. The living room is inviting for multiple people to sit and relax. Three decks created more outside space to enjoy the countryside.

It’s located in the prettiest stretch of Paso wine country, atop a hill with a lively view of the surrounding vineyards. The inn has been decorated beautifully by its owner, with the warmth and comfort of her own home. Over the years, the owners, Debbie and Doug have given us great advice about the wine trail, restaurants, walking trails; everything that made our stay extra special. We haven’t had to call upon them for problem solving with the accommodations simply because there haven’t been any problems. Book it. You’ll love it there.

From an exquisitely decorated country cottage, one has an exceptional view from every window-as if the window frames a pastoral work of art. We will return again and again. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Carriage House; our 3rd time visiting Orchard Hills, and again it did not disappoint. There are 3 balconies overlook rolling hills covered with grape vines and green fields. Just sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet with a cup of coffee or your favorite wine from any of the local vineyards, most of which are just a short drive in any direction. The property is also close to Paso proper, and there is a Trader Joe’s just 15 minutes away should you wish to stock up on goodies. Orchard Hills has to be on your list if you plan on visiting Paso.

The countryside and immediate surroundings were lovely and the Carriage House marvelous. It's an excellent location from which to explore any of the many wineries in the area as well as a day trip to Paso Robles. There are three decks from which to sit and relax with a glass of wine to watch the sunrise, sunset or a herd of contented grazing cows. Inside, the gas-powered woodstove provides a pleasant ambiance for nighttime relaxation. In all, we truly enjoyed our stay there.
