Crisp, clean decor and furnishings bring upscale quality to each well-considered detail. Specialty linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and robes enhance every aspect of your stay. Apartment-style kitchen with coffee maker, beverage cooler, microwave, dishwasher and two-burner electric stove top. Flat screen TV and queen bed complete the living area, with comfy queen sleeper sofa as an added feature. Unique artwork combines with soothing color scheme and glorious park view from private balconies to create perfection for your stay.

Paso Park Suites offer the only downtown balcony living overlooking the town square. Take time to linger over an evening glass of wine or morning coffee on your private balconies, two with this suite! Every detail is anticipated and executed with superior quality, combining city living with small town charm in one perfect location. Digital sound system on site, ready for you to hook up to your personal playlists. Ice maker and laundry area available to all guests. On-street parking only, no assigned parking. Single elevator onsite. In case of maintenance issue, use of stairs may be required. City Permit #STR19-0294. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Perfect location!

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment. The downtown location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, and right in the middle to drive to wineries. We loved sipping our coffee on the balcony each morning, watching the city come to life.

This is a super nice studio apartment right downtown. It was very cute and completely updated. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk around to the shops and wine tasting rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view of downtown park. The evening breeze on the balcony is so peaceful. Easy access. Easy parking. The unit is tastefully decorated and clean. Our host Susie is amazing! Would recommend staying here!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed 3 nights in this suite that overlooks the park in downtown Paso Robles, and loved it. The property was clean, and well appointed, the location was very convenient and parking was easy and free. From the balconies in the suite we had a lovely view of the town and hills and the lights in the trees in the park at night…magical! We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner, as well as the shops. And the wineries and breweries were within a short drive(as well as the coast). We also truly loved the coffee selection that was stocked in the suite. Overall, this was one of the best stays we have experienced in a rental.

They Thought of Everything

This suite was absolutely amazing. Views on 2 patios were the best. We had the pleasure of watching Christmas lights being hung and tested at night in the park (from our patio). High quality amenities that didn’t get by me, even the toilet paper and paper towels were not skimped on. Walk in closet! I did not want to leave. We will definitely try to go back as soon as we can.

Wonderful

This was our 2 year anniversary trip. My husband and I got married and the Paso Robles Inn 2 years ago and while we wanted to stay at the hotel, the thought of having a full kitchen with our little one (late night feedings) seemed more appealing. The place was perfect! My husband and I loved the space, clean and comfortable. But we also loved the fact that we were able to put our little one to bed on Friday and Saturday night, then sit on our patio enjoying our wine. Being in the midst of the downtown made us feel like we werent missing out on being amongst the crowds. It was perfect!

Wonderful Stay, Perfect Location

Great stay. Very welcoming and inviting space. A lot of natural light.The room/kitchen/bathroom were spotless. Well appointed. Nice furnishings. Easy access from street. Quiet even though it’s right above a busy area. Prime location. Restaurants and shops are right downstairs. Downtown park is across the street and active (evening farmers market, concert in the park, etc.). We spent one evening sitting on a bench in the park people watching. The next evening we strolled the park after dinner. Parking is off the street, but didn’t take long to find spot even during peak times. Communication with rental company was pleasant. My only complaint, the pillows were unusually thick, woke up with a sore neck. We would love to stay here again.
