The most spacious room we have stayed at, it is the size of a nice apartment. Easy parking and late checking, not in the center of everything but still walkable. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Passau stay!

Rooms were beyond expectation. New decor, clean, large. The staff was very attentive to every detail and provided a way for part of our group hi was delayed to have a smooth check in after hours on a holiday

This was a very clean and comfortable property on the Inn River. No views. Breakfast was a downer to an American., but I got by on som oatmeal. The room was so huge!We walked into old tow, but ended up taking a taxi back. ,

Its a great place to stay in Passau. I just have two remarks. 1. Checkin is at 15 hr and the reception is only staffed until 15:30. I think the gap is too short although the hotel provided information in advance about self checkin. We arrived before 15 hrs so it was possible to checkin in person which we prefer. The staff was friendly and the room was already available which was great. 2. Breakfast is a bit too std but the price is reasonable

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious. The roll down shades helped keep the rooms dark for sleeping. The bathroom was large, with a wonderful bathtub and separate shower. We had lots of space for our luggage. The small kitchen was great for keeping leftovers or making snacks. The breakfast was good, with enough choices to get your day started. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Parking is easy in the garage next door. Maybe a bit far to walk to the old part of town for some folks. Grocery store and some restaurants are quite close. We would stay here again for sure!

Gefallen hat uns nicht die ausklappbare Couch als Bett. Bei jedem Umdrehen knarzt es. Wir wurden ständig wach. Warum stellt man kein ordentliches Bett in das zweite Zimmer? Die Kissen waren zu dünn. Eine Auswahl wäre gut.

Hotel ist sehr sauber und wir hatten ein hervorragendes schönes, ruhiges Zimmer. Jetzt aber ein großes NOGO. Obwohl zahlreiche Fotos vom Frühstücksbuffet auf der EXPEDIA Page vorhanden sind, gab es KEIN Frühstück im Hotel. Wir müssten im Regen 15 Minuten im Regen in die Innenstadt laufen, um ein Frühstück zu bekommen. Sorry, aber das ist bewusste Irreführung und geht gar nicht für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und die Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Das nicht verfügbare Frühstück hat mich allerdings überrascht und ich war natürlich nicht begeistert, mich selbst darum kümmern zu müssen.

Sehr gut eingerichtet , stilvoll und modern. AUSSTATTUNG mit Vorhängen und Rolladen sorgen für gute Privatshäre. Grosszpgiges Badezimmer . Gute Lage zur Altstadt nach Passau über eine Brücke Fussweg von 5 Minuten. Rezeption besonders freundlich und kompetent . Kleiner Fehler mit TV Empfang wurde schnellstens und kulant behoben.
