    The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, while the cosy living area with its green sofa and rustic dining table is ideal for relaxing evenings. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on your private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

    Located right on the Ilz River and next to the scenic Bschüttpark, the apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the historic Veste Oberhaus. Free parking is available right at the apartment, and a bus stop is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Passau and the surrounding region.
