Appartement de 90m2 avec jardin, situĂ©s au Plateau d’Assy, sont exposĂ©s plein Sud avec une vue magnifique sur la vallĂ©e de l’Arve. Il est idĂ©al pour passer d’agrĂ©ables moments en famille ou entre amis aussi bien dans la vallĂ©e de Chamonix que sur St Gervais, MegĂšve (20mn) ou encore GenĂšve et Annecy (1h). Le Plateau d’Assy est rĂ©putĂ© auprĂšs des parapentistes pour sa zone de dĂ©collage ainsi que des cyclistes et randonneurs pour les chemins offrant dĂ©nivelĂ© et accĂšs direct Ă  Chamonix.



La premiĂšre chambre dispose d’un lit queen size, de sa salle d’eau privative avec lave linge et comporte de nombreux rangements Ă  l’image de la deuxiĂšme disposant de 3 lits simples dont 2 superposĂ©s. Les toilettes sont sĂ©parĂ©s de la 2Ăšme salle de bain. Lovely apartment

Great views, very comfortable and spacious. Parking is a bit hit and miss as spot for apartment not always available. Kitchen could do with more basic supplies such as salt.
