This popular casita in the heart of the village offers a fully private space that is thoughtfully decorated and full of authentic Patagonia charm. The casita is walkable to all of Patagonia's restaurants, shops, and attractions, and only a 15 minute drive to Patagonia Lake, or a 20 minute drive to nearby wineries.

Spacious, bright, and efficient common area with fully stocked kitchenette for simple meals (mini fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker).

The living room has a new TV with Roku, radio (great local station is 100.5 FM), and a sofa that converts to a full-size bed for extra guest capacity (4 guests max).

The bedroom offers a queen size bed and dresser with extra blankets and linens.

Full bathroom is accessed via the bedroom.

Mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom keep the casita at a comfortable temperature year-round. The wood stove is not currently functional but adds a nice cabin charm.

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee on the cozy deck nook with a view of Red Mountain, and the spacious yard has full privacy fencing with a shaded patio set and hummingbird feeders. The beautiful desert mural on the shed adds a classic Patagonia vibe to the space and makes it a fun setting for hanging out with friends and family.
