"When I arrived, I was told I have a separate room from my husband. They then gave us a room where the sink was broken and water was licking on the floor. After complaining they moved us to a dirty room which was not cleaned and the toilet drainage smells. Wi-Fi connection was on and off throughout. No communication or update from staff. Last day of our stay at the hotel, we went out and came back to found our bedroom window opened. This was scary. "
