This is our third straight year staying at the fairmont. Staff never disappoint!!! Always feel welcomed. The cleaning crew does a beautiful job, even when they see us come out of the room and the do not disturb sign is hanging on the door, they offer us fresh towels and bath accessories. I wish I could give everyone 10 stars rating.
