Good location to go any part. The building is safe, good gates and security camaras all over. Room was clean ac good. No mcrowave or coffee in the hotel.

Definitely a different experience to not have a ton of amenities or staff on site at all times as they manage multiple properties. That being said, they were always a quick text or phone call away and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and very clean room. I would definitely recommend this spot for the next traveler looking for a great (and walkable) place to stay near Old San Juan and/or Condado.

The house was nice, right on the beach. The beach was not really a swimming beach due to the big rocks at thw shoreline.

This house was amazing! We stayed here for 2 weeks. The beach was beautiful and right next to the house. The house was very clean and well maintained. The town is super cute and small, but has everything you would need. The locals are so friendly and the property management was extremely friendly ...
