The holiday inn express was a great place to stay, overall it was quiet though there was some noise at night with some construction nearby. The facilities were great and the staff friendly and helpful. For the price that we paid which was very reasonable, we felt that the accommodation was excellent. Would recommend to anybody looking for accommodation in Patong.

Great location. Room good size, clean, balcony with Great view, bed comfy. Ac good, WiFi fast. Check in smooth, no welcome drink, not a big deal. Pool small and not enough lounges for amount of rooms. Breakfast nothing special, not many options. Again not enough tables in restaurant for breakfast rush. Staff ok. Housekeeping do basic, sometimes they don't clean your ashtray

The hotel is decently clean and nice. However, I booked 3 rooms and got them on the same floor. For some reason, the housekeeper has different idea when cleaning and restocking towels in my room. There're 2 people in the room and she decided to leave only 1 facial towel. When I first arrived, there're 2 sets of towel then the next day, she left 2 body towel and only 1 facial towel. I thought maybe she ran out of it or forgot about it. The next day, it's the same damn thing. So ridiculous and disappointing. I don't think she switched the floor towel either. She definitely didn't give us new shoes either. I'm somewhat of OCD when it comes to hygiene and it really bothers me and pissed me off!!!

First i would like to say that i was very impressed with the professionalism of the staffing starting with the front desk all the way to the the room service. I was fortunate to have this two very hardworking ladies chayanisa and Baitong they went out of their way to make sure that nothing was missing and that my room was perfectly clean. With that being said i will definitely will recommend this hotel. Great area to relax and have a great time with yourself or family.

Buffet breakfast choices change everyday. Very near to the beach; 3 mins walk maybe just about 200m away. But upkeep of room maintenance and grime cleanliness in bathroom not too good… AC auto cuts off every few minutes based on temperature but comes back on, it cuts off with a loud sound not too conducive for sleep. Staff are very helpful and sincere they acted promptly by changing my room when I told them mine was having a persistent bathroom stench.

Property isn’t in the best shape. Walking to your room the hallways are dirty and walls are in need of repair, some of which they are doing now. I don’t know if it’s the high humidity but there’s a bad smell every time when you enter the room. Bought a tour on-site because it was comparable to the prices around. If you don’t give exact change, you won’t get change back.

The hotel is clean and the staff is accommodating. Nice clean pool for swimming. The hotel is conveniently located, short walk to Patong beach, many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The hotel is also a walking distance (10-15min) to Bangla Road (Bangla Walking Street) for night life. It is nice that they have laundry in the Hotel (100 baht per wash or dry for the token and soap). We will definitely book this place if we come back.

Great location. Two minutes walk from the beach. The restaurant one block up had the best Wiener Schnitzel outside of Europe. Breakfast at the inn was awesome. Very happy with my choice.

This hotel is everything in Phuket! Communicating with the staff was very easy. The hotel is near restaurants, 2 mins walking from Patong beach, tours agencies, shopping and more! The transportation (Tuk tuk) was available all the time. The room was very clean and the area feel safe!

Other than a spotty wifi coverage, everything else was great. My stay included breakfast. The hotel offered a variety of choices and saved money on the meal. A very friendly staff made my stay even better. The hotel is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. I'll come back and stay again.

What I didn’t like is that they cater for all other nationalities but Aussie as all tv channels are not what the Aussie understand but 1 channel Breakfast was ok but not great, whom ever cooks the eggs only knows how to screw them up. Upon check out this morning was told no no no can’t have breakfast as it doesn’t open till 6:30 am and we had to leave at that time to make our breakfast internal flight. Was NOT impressed at all

The property is in a convenient location within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and dining. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had a broken shower head and a broken drain plug. We called service and they fixed the problems right away.
