Due to offering a bed with this cheap rate and we are sad about your disappointing feedback and we did inform that we had a party on that day you were staying and you even messaged us about this issue. For the privacy, you booked a 12 mixed dorm, not the private dorm one, which we didn't have and you have to accept what could happen when it came to sharing the room with other people. If you ever stayed at the hostel before, you should have known this could happen sometimes. Our hostel is not only for party and you should have said the truth as we have moon parties every Saturday. About the staff abusing the dog, it is not truth as i was in the situation. We set the policy that no animals and pets allowed and you could check, abusing is over saying and misleading and we just asked the dog to leave at that moment. We did have Muslim guests as we didn't allow the dogs inside. If you are a dog lover, we are sorry if our way upsetted you. While our beach is the most beautiful one in Patong which you never mentioned about the good points that we offered the guests. Hope you find a good hostel in front of the beach like us. Thank you.

Dear Sir; Thank you for booking with us and gave us a review. We are sorry if our hostel doesn't meet your requirement and expectation. Due to the deposit issue, every hostel in the world I am 100% sure must be asking for deposit and I am sure you knew that. Just to remind you, we offer the most cheapest hostel in Patong and we just ask for the deposit which can be left damaged, lost, or messy. Offering 199 baht and key , towel, wristband, loss is like something we gave you for free for your stay. You refused to leave it as we kept telling you it was only deposit. We would give you back when you check out.After running the hostel for 2 years, you are the first person who disagreed to pay the deposit. You need to respect the hostel and hotel's rule because this is not your house which you could do anything you want. Thank you and hope you would find the hostels which let you check-in without asking for the deposit.

Let me have a chance to clarify on behalf of the staff, as we always inform our guests all the time upon check-in that evening buses need to be booked at reception in advance. The point that you had waited has been informed that it is out of our list for picking up during the night. We do not lie and we can't find the reasons why we need to lie to you. We do not get anything good, only bad review from our guests. We are sorry that we disagreed the refund for the taxi because it doesn't make any senses that our hostel has to pay the taxi fare for you as we still have the bus running at that time. Another point is that there were no spiders at all and we kept asking if everything was okay and you said there was no problem. Came out with negative comment and review because you are upset because of the buses. The bus is complimentary and please mindfully note that. If you could not get bothered to book in advance, so we have to say sorry that we do not have private taxi to pick you up all the time you request. We have to follow our schedule which others have followed them very well. Offering a room with 199 baht is the cheapest price in Patong. For staff checking issue, i think there is nothing to do with hostel service and it should not have been mentioned about. Our staff do not feel humiliated at all, so you do not have to think for others. I am one of the staff and have been working here for 2 years. Nothing disturbs me. Thank you for your review though.
