If you are looking for main downtown area (JungCeylon, Bangla Walking Street, Arab Street, Central Patong and Patong beach) are next to our compound. It is easy to walk for massage shops, 100 of restaurants, few large supermarket with no transportation needed at all, everything is just a walking distance, then book this apartment. It is called the Patong Heritage (please search in net). Location, Location, Location: Our project is called The Patong Heritage located at main Patong downtown situated only 200 meters from the most admired the Patong beach, which has clean water for swimming. This condominium is situated in an extremely prime prime region of the Patong shopping center. There are many restaurants in the area, including the Top Supermarket, 7-11, banks, and other stores, all conveniently located near our main entrance. This makes it easy for you to shop and then return to the apartment to relax, take a dip in the warmed swimming pool or sit at the balcony for coffee. No other listings can compare with our location and the quality of our property.

2. This 38 sqm, one-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with utilities and equipment for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwashing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, frying pan, and other items. Please avoid cooking huge meals since the smoke alarm will go off. In addition, we provide a dining table and working table with eco-chairs for extended hours of online work, as well as fiber optic LAN cable to ensure a robust internet connection day and night.
