The apartment is located in Saint John Pratsika area,, 15 minute walk from Psila Alonia of of Patra on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a relaxing balcony. From the balcony, there is a beautiful city/mountain view, as well as the horizon. It is very bright, spacious and warm, and recently fully renovated. Equipped with modern furniture, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of streetside parking as well as shops and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the city center of Patras. It is close to the big port of Patra, where all of the big ferries leave for the various ports of Italy. It is recently rehabbed, with free 50mbs wifi, free satellite NOVA TV, 55" tv in the living area, as well as a 43" tv in the bedroom area, clothes washer, full modern kitchen appliances, fully furnished and fully equipped with whatever one needs for a short term or long term stay, with many other amenities. It has one bedroom with a double bed, that can accommodate up to two people, as well as a pull out couch that has another double bed, that can accommodate 2 more people., for a total of 4. It is nicely situated in a neighborhood, where there are many cafes, restaurants, and a small shopping district.
