"The room was good but the check in and check out process was horrible. For check in the woman couldn’t find my reservation (in her email inbox ??) and almost didn’t let me check in because she didn’t know what Hotels.com was. Upon check out (at 6am), the front door of the hotel was locked!! Such a huge safety issue. Nobody was at the front desk, so I pounded on the door for over 10 minutes until a security guard finally came to open it. So dangerous that all the building exit doors were locked...

Breakfast was delicious and they gave good recommendations for Jaipur. The rooftop is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a meal. Great place to stop over for a night before or after travel. "

The room was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. A good quality breakfast was included in the price. We spent 3 wonderful nights in the hotel which made out visit to Jaipur all the more memorable. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay at Le Confort Inn."
