Welcome to AnB Grand Modern pool villa. Our villa located in the ville Jomtien Pool villa resort and close to Jomtien beach only 4 KM. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms that suit for 8-10 persons. In living room can connect to private pool villa. In Kitchen space you will get full utensils for enjoyable cooking with your families or your friends. Our pool villa it suitable for families / friends / couple who need a private house like home.

AnB Grand Modern pool villa has 3 bedroom located in the Pattaya city. The location has easy access to many interesting places and restaurant.

Our villa has 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms with modern furniture, accommodating up to 8-10 adults.

Master bedroom has king size bed with bunk bed. Its suitable for family need to sleep with kids. Own private bathroom with bath tub.
The second and third bedroom has queen size bed.

In Kitchen has fully function for cooking that you can enjoy cooking and eating like your home.

We supply fresh bed sheets and towel for every stay. Also coffee / tea as a complimentary for all guests!

We have free parking space for you all up to 2-4 cars.

There are a Grab taxi in in Pattaya and also motorbike for rental.
Car rental and shuttle service is available in extra charge. I can help you arrange its all if you needed. please let me know in advance.

- Please respect the following house rules;
- Welcome to everyone who will take care of my place.
- Please be quite at night after 11 PM as this is private residency. My Neighbor need some privacy.
- Throw toilet paper in the bin, not in the toilet. Otherwise the pipes might get stuck. - Please do not wear shoes in my house.
- If you lose the key, I need to charge you 1,000 THB. It’s not allowed for extra guests to stay that aren’t registered via Expedia.
- Switch off the air conditioning, lights and all electronic devices when you leave the house to save the earth.
- Please washing all dishes after finish food and trow the garbage in front of my villa. Washing the dishes is a subject to extra charge for 1,000 THB

If you are smoker , please smoke in the balcony ,close the glass door. No smoking in the room and in the house. If you smoke in the house a THB 6,000 cleaning charge will apply.
