Great hotel & a special shout out to the staff, all levels were so friendly & helpful, such a wonderful team. They all looked after us well. Hotel is well placed for sight seeing & shopping. Comfortable, spacious room & very good view from the 27th floor. Efficiently run & no complaints from us!

The problems that I had with this hotel was that I had two twin (full) size beds and ONLY one pillow each bed, not to mentioned the fridges sucks n my water was never cold. Beside those two issues, love the AC! Didn’t get a chance to jump in the pool.

Good room, pathetic breakfast
Just stayed here for 1 night with family. Hotel looks grand, is new and the room was spacious as well. Didn't explore all the amenities but here are my pain points. 1. During the holiday season, how can you close breakfast at 10 am? 2. The breakfast was really bad. it has to be more international in nature rather than catering to just one nationality.

Nice for overall
Nice hotel to stay in the heart of Pattaya. Great services. Beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast is excellent. However, should go late because it's so busy around 7-9 am.

New & Modern hotel with great service
Great modern hotel Exceptional staff If I recall correctly on the 10th floor, I was served by Yai - who was so very nice and friendly that my kids really admired his looking after us all. Will go back. The corner room is recommended as I had two windows offering the ocean view. Breakfast spread could be improved (my only suggestion) - made more International The staff at the main door was extremely helpful in arranging taxis and recommending things to do. Prem one of the staff was always willing to help

Impressive hotel, though remote from anything interesting in Pattaya. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, and the rooms, and other facilities are well designed and fresh. The only downsides seem to be that (like everywhere we have been in Thailand) is sharing the hotel with coach loads of Chinese tourists. This hotel has high status stamped all over it.

Fantastic place to stay
Check in was effortless. Staff superb in every way. Had a room on the 29th floor, beautiful view. Bed was perfect room spotless. Oh but be careful with the shower at least in our room. If the water is turned to the warm side sometimes all of a sudden it gets burning HOT. That’s not good. Nice pool and exercise room on the 11th floor.Morning meal buffet great,good variety of foods. Plenty of free parking on he 4th floor. Would stay here again very happy with our stay.

Our stay at the Brighton Grand Hotel was terrific. From check in to departure, they couldn't do enough for us. There is a free shuttle into town on the hour and they will pick you up again if you request it. Also a free shuttle down to the beach. There is also a "golf cart" lift from the front door to the main street. If you use the local taxis the cost for 2 people from the town to the hotel, or visa versa, is only a 20 baht I am gluten intolerant so when we went for breakfast I asked if they had gluten free bread. They didn't understand so, out came the senior waiters mobile phone, i typed in "gluten free", he read the result, and from then on every morning i was brought a plate with gluten free bread, gluten free cakes, etc,etc. all cooked by the chef. They even cooked us a special gluten free Thai breakfast on occasions. At one stage we had some very noisy neighbours. I went to the front desk and within half an hour we were moved to a superior room. The bell boys out front were great. You have to get your beach towels from them, and every time, they were polite, and we had a laugh and joke together. If we go back to Pattaya we will certaily stay there again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are cool and spacious. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast with gorgeous views is filled with delicious options. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and shuttle service was very good. All in all, very good value for money. The only problem is, the hotel is in Pattaya and who in their right mind would like to stay there. It's expensive and full of shady westerners and immorality. Thankfully, we were just travelling through. I hope the hotel chain opens a new hotel somewhere else in Thailand.

New modern hotel
Although not in central area, but easy and not far to take tuktuk to beach road, room and facilities is new and modern, love the pool and bar area, breakfast is average, overall is very good value of this price, disadvantage just mainly serve for Chinese tours, relatively loud noise caused.

A bit far from Pattaya Beach
Nice hotel. Had a great grand welcome. Room was neat and clean. Friendly staff. But but but..... a bit far from Pattaya beach and main attractions. No Indian food in Hotel Menu also no Indian restaurants nearby at walkable distance. Seven eleven is within walkable distance. Overall great experience with good hotel amenities.

Newish Urban Hotel with comfy beds
I judge a hotel mainly on comfort and cleanliness. In Thailand, hotel beds are typically rock hard and for me, miserable. This hotel opted to furnish rooms with non-rock hard, actually comfortable huge king size mattress (in our corner room). Views are spectacular. Hall ways are not carpeted—they must have spent the money on mattresses—and have an industrial (in-air conditioned) feel. Not so nice. Very friendly front desk. Nice pool with view on 10th floor. Breakfast on 11th floor has nice vistas but the food is not nearly as nice as the view.
