Electricity Management:
Please turn off all electricity every time before leaving the room.

Documentation Policy:
We don't provide TM 30, receipts, or documents.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: Begins at 14:00 onwards for your convenience. ⏰
Check-out: Kindly vacate the premises by 11:00 am. ⏰

Utilities:
Electricity and water are included, provided they are used reasonably.
Please remember to turn off all electrical appliances before leaving the room. 💡💧
Key and Card Replacement:
In case of key or card loss, a police report is required, and a fee of 2,000 baht will be charged for a new set. 🔑

Trash Disposal:
To avoid insects such as ants or cockroaches, please dispose of all rubbish in the designated garbage room near the elevator every time you purchase food or before checking out. 🗑️🐜

No Smoking Policy:
Smoking inside the room will result in a fine of 5,000 baht. 🚭

Extra Cleaning:
If you require additional cleaning during your stay, the fee is only 900 baht per session. Please inform us in advance. 🧹

Food Restrictions:
We kindly ask that guests refrain from preparing strong-smelling foods such as curries, durian, fish sauce, and fermented foods inside the room. These odors can linger and disturb the next guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 🍛
