Room temperature was at 98 degrees when we arrived. Staff said room would cool down within a half hour. Been 3 hrs and still at 80 degrees.

Heartfelt Thank You
Thank you Mytt for decorating my room as I wasn't expecting it at all. My birthday falls on this month and without any prompt, they decorated my room (see pics), Imagine my surprise when I walked in! This hotel is located nicely between building within a small road. Rest assured, the road is clean, safe and well lit. Don't expect a view from your room but I can definitely say it's well worth the money to stay here. Why? 1) Room is clean and spacious 2) Elevator is fast no wait 3) Food is delicious 4) Location is nicely located within walking distance to mall, soi6, beach, clubs and several other hotspots 5) Safe as the front door is always manned and looked at Once again, big shoutout and thank you to Mytt team for the surprise.

My room was nice a clean but no look at all from my balcony. It’s just a look at another building. There was a party in the next door room, and I could hear them like they were in my room.. until late hours. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English and it was almost impossible to communicate my dietary needs with them at breakfast. It was embarrassing for me to have to repeat my question to four different people, who couldn’t understand what I am asking and couldn’t help me.

Friendly staffs. Although the water in the WC was drained out, it was resolved quickly with friendly engineering team. Rooms near the discotheque can be a little noisy but turning on soft music does help to cover the sound.

Good hotel....give it a go!
The hotel is relatively new and the condition is excellent throughout. Rooms are well presented. The only negative is that the temperature varies when you are showering which is very annoying for a new hotel.

Great little hotel convenient to everything
The hotel is very nice and clean, with very helpful staff. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and baht buses. We did enjoy our stay and the food at breakfast and restaurants was very good. We did experience difficulties twice in ordering room service, but other than everything went well.

Property is fairly new with nice looking decor. Swimming pool was on the north side of the building so always in the shade. Water was cold and not easy access to it. Not at all kid friendly, not even adult friendly. Problems for three days with the tv. Some of the staff members were good, some of them were terrible. Breakfast buffet was ok. Would not stay here again. Many better options in Pattaya.

Great place not far from the beach. Very convenient from the underground car park to the lobby and rooms. Pool area is nice for chilling. Rooms are very pleasant, clean, bed is comfortable. Bathrooms modern and high quality. Staff at reception is very helpful and supportive with any queries. Breakfast due to low numbers is à la carte. Difficult to communicate preferences, but meals come fast.

Unstable shower water temperature
It’s a relatively newer hotel with in walking distance to the beach, which is probably why it’s rated 5 star. It’s got all the amenities a 5 star needs but overall feels more like a business hotel. It takes a lot of tour group business. The service and the cleanliness was great. But I had problems with the shower water temperature. We stayed for two nights as family, and every time we used the shower, the water turns cold in the middle of the shower and sometimes the hot water completely disappears (as in when you turn all the way to hot there is no water coming out). When the hot water does come back, it was very difficult to adjust the water temperature to keep it stable. A tiny adjustment would either make it too hot or too cold. I think there is a flaw with the design of their bathroom water supply when it was built.
